The man, who has not been identified by police, was a partner in the Rieval thrift store inside the mall, Kimberly Wallace-Scalfione, a spokeswoman for the mayor's office said.
He was discovered by his business partners, Wallace-Scalfione said. An apparent suicide note was left behind by the man, Wallace-Scalfione said.
